Pulled a muscle in my back yesterday opening a drawer.
In a fair amount of pain today.
Barely can turn my head.
Have done nothing but lay around all day because it hurts to do anything, although I know that is probably just making it worse.
Zulu ate the heating pad while we were in Spokane so I have no heating pad.
*siiiiiigh*
Craving nothing but JUNK today but forcing myself to eat apples, carrots and salads instead.
