smelly goodness

I have this beautiful fruit bowl that I have been wanting to do something with with flowers...

for like...three years.

Well, with all this lavender I had the opportunity!

I made a grid with tape on the bowl and then started to stick the lavender into the bowl

It got wayyyyyyyyyy bigger than I thought it would!

cant really see the grid but i tried to get a pic

So instead of the kitchen table, it's going in our gross dusty entrace way. 

By the way, anyone curious about my progress on our kitchen table?

Um....i sanded HALF of the top of the table about 3 weeks ago and havent done a thing to it since.
soooo we have HALF of a sanded table...
it's pretty annoying but i have ZERO motivation to finish it right now

hopefully I finish it someday....
