baby night owl

So the last couple of weeks, Gianna hasn't been sleeping very well. 

She has been waking up every 2-4 hours when she normally slept 6-8 (since birth)

We had  been putting her to bed just an hour or two earlier than normal but I had been waking up with her earlier too, so I thought that it had nothing to do with her sleeping poorly.

Well, last night John and I went on a fancy date night. 

He got dressed up and I got dressed up and we went to SWILLYS! (expensive place...very expensive!) 

we didn't end up getting home until about 10 and once we got her fed-changed and in her jammies, she wasnt asleep until 11! 

Guess who slept a 6 hour stretch last night!?

Maybe she takes after her mamma and is a night owl?


(she was PERFECT all night and then right as we were finishing our yummy dessert, she got upset. So we snapped a quick picture and took off! :)) 

*side story*
There were these two couples sitting next to us and the woman were oo-ing and aw-ing at Gianna.
Finally one of the guys (totally wasted) told me that "the woman need some baby time"
The woman looked at me and were a little horrified and said "shes just so cute...awww"
So i told them they could hold her and they got SO excited. It was funny
One of them held her, and Gianna looked around like, "I dont know you!"
They made a joke that she was thinking, "stranger danger!" we all laughed...
Then the next lady held her and gianna looked over at me with her super pouty-lip face and so the lady gave her back..
then before they left, the drunk guy brought over an empty bottle of wine and put it in Giannas arms!
.....HAHA
John was holding her at the time and had the most confused look on his face.
