Hospital Honeymoon!

While packing for our honeymoon and moving into our new home, Molly started feeling a bit unusual. Worried that her condition wasn’t getting better, John insisted on taking Molly to the doctor. When potentially worrisome results came back, the doctor urged us to go to the ER for more advanced tests.

The fun started with a nursing student learning to put her first IV into Molly’s arm. 15 minutes later when the IV was finally in, John began to breathe again.

A lot of worry, a couple blo\od tests, and a CAT scan later, we were sent home with the knowledge that Molly would be fine and the assurance that we’d receive a very large bill. To our great relief, we later found that Molly was still covered by her father’s insurance and our newly-wed budget wouldn’t be busted! WHEW!

With our worries at rest, our thoughts zeroed-in on PUERTO RICO!!!
